Service
Nextcloud
Nextcloud is the convenience of Dropbox and Google Drive — shared folders, sharing, document editing — on a disk you own.

Who it is for
Companies that need a shared place for contracts, site photos, and internal files, with a clear owner of the disk.
What it covers
- Installation and the first layout
- Users and shared folders
- Hosting with us or on your machine
- Backups and updates by agreement
How we do it
The accountant uploads a contract, the installer opens site photos on a phone, everyone sees only what they have rights to. Nothing drifts through personal mail and chats, nothing sits on someone else’s server.
We did not invent Nextcloud — it is a world-known open-source project. Our service is to install it at your site or on a machine we keep separately just for you, set up users and rights, and handle backups and updates. This is a working service with a clear scope before launch, not an experiment. The screens are from the official Nextcloud site: their demo, not our instance.
Questions on this topic
Are the files in a public cloud?
No. The instance is yours: on a server at your site, or on a machine we keep separately for you.
Is it included in a vending project?
Not automatically. Nextcloud is a separate service. It can sit beside the fleet, but it is agreed on its own.
